The Customer is (Not) Always Right

I don’t believe that the “customer is always right” – and certainly not in today’s world where we all need to be careful that we’re not getting manipulated by self-serving opportunists. I also believe that there are a growing number of customers who are simply impossible to please. 

However, I do believe that if we use our discretion and treat the customer as if they are right, then we have found a powerful tool to diffuse a potentially bad situation while retaining genuine clients.
